Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your new bag. Please review our policy to ensure a smooth process if you need to make a return or exchange.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for items in new, unused condition with all original tags, protective covers, and dust bags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items that show any signs of wear, use, or damage (including scuffs, stains, or odors).

Products with removed or altered tags.

Custom-made, personalized, or monogrammed items.

Products purchased during a final sale or clearance event.

Items that have been carried outside, used for travel, or have any damage from improper use.
3. Return Process

To Initiate: Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging (dust bag, box, protective wrap) to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your protection. We are not liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item. If there is a price difference, it will be charged or refunded accordingly.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged (e.g., broken zipper, torn strap, manufacturing defect) or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label as appropriate.
